Cole wanted to improve his game on the court, and Eric knew it would require building his strength off of it.

Cole is quick to point out that the workouts are tough, but he always looked forward to them because he saw the results in real time.

“Cole was instructed to be ‘explosive’ in everything he did, all day long. Think explosively, jump explosively, eat explosively, brush his teeth explosively—everything.”

 

Once his mind was made up, the plan came together. Cole’s diet was adjusted to match his goals of adding strength and size. Every meal was “protein first.” Healthy snacks and protein shakes helped him recover from workouts.

 

“Cole wanted to jump higher, but when I asked him often he jumped, his answer didn’t match his goals. He said, ‘every day almost.’ I asked again, how often do you really jump? He admitted that it was not very often, so we worked on jumping twenty times twice a week.”

 

Cole fully embraced the program and saw the pay off. He worked his lower body to add explosiveness and ultimately, confidence.

CANCER SURVIVOR

At 50 years old, J. needed to make a change. He’d already beaten cancer, but he needed to overcome weight issues and bad experiences at “corporate gyms.”

When J. showed up to begin training, he had already beaten cancer. He then proceeded to grab his health by the horns and lose over 45 lbs. before starting his program.

RESULTS:

Shed 13.4 lbs

Dropped 6.9% bodyfat 

Gained 2.1 lbs of lean muscle mass.
