The Lift-STL Transformation Challenge is a 12-week competition that pushes you to completely change your body composition and organize your approach to strength training. Your $100 entry grants you access the following programming and support.

LET'S GO

  1. Sign up online by purchasing the 12-week program ($100) that matches your transformation goals:

    • Male Hypertrophy (muscle building)

    • Female Hypertrophy (muscle building)

    • Male Fat Loss

    • Female Fat Loss

  2. The Transformation Challenge will last 12 weeks.  The programs go on sale starting January 22nd.

  3. The competition officially begins on February 1st and runs for 12 weeks.

  4. The competition will be judged by the Lift-STL coaching staff based on pictures (front, side, back). Pictures must be submitted the week of January 22-31, 2022 (by 11:59 p.m. central on January 31). 

  5. Your program (PDF) will contain a) instructions including video links for for your workouts, b) instructions for submitting your before and after photos.

  6. Once registered, you will receive an email with a link to join our private Facebook group where you can ask questions, get tips, and share progress if you choose.

  7. Those who check-in throughout the challenge are also eligible for weekly giveaways. We encourage weekly checklist check-ins, bi-weekly progress photos, and completing and sharing your program sheets (tracking weights and reps).

  8. The final day of the challenge is May 1.  "After" pictures must be submitted by 12:00 a.m. Sunday, May 8, 2022.  The winners will be announced on Friday, May 13.
