    • Initial Evaluation: Trainers assess strength, endurance, mobility, and body composition. Trainer also reviews the client’s injury history and previous training modalities.

    • Goals Identification: Goals vary, such as muscle gain, fat loss, athletic performance, or general health.

     

    2. Program Design

    • Workout Selection: Exercises are chosen based on the goal and the client’s current physical starting point.  The goal is to improve the basics and widen the client’s exercise library over time.

    • Progressive Overload: Workouts gradually increase in intensity to ensure continuous progress.

    • Training Split: Programs vary from full-body workouts to body part specific workouts.

    • Periodization: Structured phases help prevent plateaus (e.g., strength, hypertrophy, endurance phases).

     

    3. Adjustments for Lifestyle & Needs

    • Time Availability: Workouts are tailored to fit within the individual's schedule.

    • Injury History & Mobility: Modifications ensure safety and effectiveness.

    1. Initial Inquiry & Evaluation

    • Visit Lift-STL in person or contact us via website/phone/email to express your interest.

    • Schedule a 1-Hour Personal Training Evaluation ($100 one time cost):

    • We conduct a fitness assessment, which may include strength, mobility, endurance, and body composition analysis.

    • Define your short-term and long-term fitness goals (e.g., fat loss, muscle gain, athletic performance, general health).

    • We discuss your fitness goals, experience level, and any limitations or injuries.

     

    2. Trainer Match & Program Design

    • You’ll be paired with a certified personal trainer best suited to your needs and preferences.

    • Your trainer will create a customized training program based on your goals, schedule, and lifestyle.

     

    3. Scheduling & Training Sessions

    • Choose a training schedule that fits your availability. Sessions can be booked in the morning, evening, or weekends.

    • Begin your one-on-one training sessions, with guidance on exercise technique, form, and progression.

     

    4. Progress Tracking & Adjustments

    • Regular assessments ensure you’re making progress toward your goals.

    • Your trainer will adjust workouts as needed to optimize results.

  • Personal Training Pricing Options

    At Lift-STL, all personal training clients begin with an initial evaluation to ensure your program is tailored to your specific needs. The evaluation session is $100 and must be scheduled before starting training sessions.

    Personal Training Packages

    We offer personal training in full packages only—individual sessions are not available for purchase.

    • 6-Pack – $100 per session ($600 total)

      • Includes 1-month public membership

    • 12-Pack – $95 per session ($1,140 total)

      • Includes 3-month public membership

    • 24-Pack – $90 per session ($2,160 total)

      • Includes 6-month public membership

    • 48-Pack – $85 per session ($4,080 total)

      • Includes 9-month public membership

     

    On/Off Campus Training

     

    For experienced lifters looking for structured guidance, our On/Off Campus package includes:

    • 2 scheduled sessions per month with a trainer

    • Monthly updated training program

    • Independent training expectations between sessions

     

    Price: $325 per month (renewable monthly)

     

    Facility Access

    All personal training packages include 24-hour access to the facility for the duration of your included membership.

  • Personal Training Sessions

    • 24-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid losing that session.

    • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled session or failure to show up will result in the session being forfeited.

    • Trainer Cancellations: If your trainer needs to cancel, your session will be rescheduled at no penalty to you.  If the trainer cancels without a successful reschedule, you will be awarded an extra session.

     

    Training Packages

    • Non-Refundable: All personal training packages are non-refundable.  However, sessions never expire, but the public access does hold true to their specified time frames. 

    • Transfers: Training packages cannot be transferred to another person.

     

    On/Off Campus Package

    • Month-to-Month Commitment: This package is billed monthly and must be canceled at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

     

    No Partial Refunds: If you cancel mid-month, you will still have access to the program and scheduled sessions until the end of the current billing cycle.
