COLE MILLER
HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETE
Cole wanted to improve his game on the court, and Eric knew it would require building his strength off of it.
RESULTS:
+15 lbs. of muscle
+3.5” to his vertical leap
Immeasurable head strength
“What I like most about Eric is how specific he is with his approach. He customized a workout to help fix my imbalances which helped my performance. He breaks down each exercise, so I truly understand how it correlates to the court.”

COLE MILLER
ERIC HUMES ON COLE
“Cole was instructed to be ‘explosive’ in everything he did, all day long. Think explosively, jump explosively, eat explosively, brush his teeth explosively—everything.”
Once his mind was made up, the plan came together. Cole’s diet was adjusted to match his goals of adding strength and size. Every meal was “protein first.” Healthy snacks and protein shakes helped him recover from workouts.
“Cole wanted to jump higher, but when I asked him often he jumped, his answer didn’t match his goals. He said, ‘every day almost.’ I asked again, how often do you really jump? He admitted that it was not very often, so we worked on jumping twenty times twice a week.”
Cole fully embraced the program and saw the pay off. He worked his lower body to add explosiveness and ultimately, confidence.
J. GLASGOW
CANCER SURVIVOR
At 50 years old, J. needed to make a change. He’d already beaten cancer, but he needed to overcome weight issues and bad experiences at “corporate gyms.”
RESULTS:
Shed 13.4 lbs
Dropped 6.9% bodyfat
Gained 2.1 lbs of lean muscle mass.
“In the past, I found trainers intimidating. I’m not a bodybuilder or a young athlete. Eric took the time, mandated we have a full evaluation to outline my current weight, body fat, strengths, weaknesses and goals, and he developed a plan suited specifically for me.”
